Hi there! After a long time, this is the most ambitious project yet I have done, it is a full 133-county/city model of Virginia’s 2021 gubernatorial election. Using data from the 2017 election, I have constructed a simulation you will enjoy greatly! It is definitely easier as the Democrat here, but the Republicans have a fair shot at winning. There are SIX parties here: Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Greens, Constitution, and Independent Greens.

The candidates don’t have a ton of nuance at the moment, but the number of candidates and the full county map make this scenario very promising.
Nice scenario. Can you do a Michigan or Wisconsin scenario anytime soon? I also would not mind having a MS, KS, or MO scenario either.
Yeah, probably. MI and WI are pretty far down my list, but I’ll definitely get to them. First up is North Carolina, and probably some other southern state after that (at this point, only scenarios left for the South are MS and LA, but LA is kinda boring until Anthony implements runoffs, so it’ll probably be MS). As for KS and MO, definitely possibilities.
Just downloaded and am going to play through. Nice to have seeing as I live in Virginia. It’d be nice to update with the correct candidates though. You’re missing most of the announced candidates – especially on the Republican side.
Would definitely like to see it updated with the correct candidates. However, you did a great job creating many of the major players.
